General InformationOld Sun Community College has an open door policy to provide all members of Siksika Nation access to education. However, applicants must meet the following criteria:
A yearly application fee of $20 will be administered for students registering. Students must meet with the Registrar to enroll in classes. Current transcripts are mandatory during registration. Students are required to complete the following forms at registration:
Drop/Add classes deadline: Second week of the semester. Registration deadline for Adult Education (Fall semester) is: September 10, 2010. Adult Education classes begin: September 1, 2010.
* Students interested in Adult Education for Fall 2010 need to meet with Tina Ayoungman for Tuition and Books.
Non-Siksika Nation MembersNon-Siksika Nation Members will not be eligible to register until all funding has been arranged with their funding agent. A letter of approval from the funding agent is required prior to registration.
Refund Policy
WithdrawlDeadline: Last day of classes. Students are required to complete a Withdrawal Form from the Registrar if they will no longer be taking a course (s). This form must be submitted to the Registrar. Failure to complete the form will result in a âFâ grade. An âFâ grade will affect future registration. Students who fail to complete a withdrawal form will not be allowed to register the following semester.
